Delivery Information

We offer the following shipping options within the UK:

  • Royal Mail Tracked 48® (£3.99) - Delivered in 2-3 business days.

  • Royal Mail Tracked 48® (Free) - For subscribers only. Delivered in 2-3 business days.

You will also receive text/email updates with a tracking code ahead of your delivery.

A signature is required upon delivery.


Returns & Refunds

Returns Policy & Eligibility

We accept product returns on the grounds that:

  • The product arrives faulty or not as described.

  • There is a delay in delivery due to events beyond our control

  • You have a legal right to do so because of something we have done wrong.

Any items received by us without prior notification will not be eligible for a refund.

All products MUST be returned within 30 days of receiving your purchase.

All products MUST be in as-new, undamaged and unopened condition, with the label attached and in the original packaging in order to receive a refund. We do NOT accept returns on products that are not as new. Please ensure returns are packaged adequately in order to prevent damage in transit.

Please note that we do not offer returns on our products if you are not satisfied with the results or your pet does not like the product. All of our supplements have been tried and tested by a wide range of cats and dogs, and we have made sure that they are the best they can be.

Refund Policy

If you are entitled to a refund under the terms described above, we will process your return and refund the price of the products returned minus the cost of delivery.

Refunds will be processed and returned to your original method of payment with X working days. We cannot process the refund until your return has arrived in our warehouse.
